How I work
The open window into how your software gets built
Most development work is a black box: you hand over a request, and sometime later software comes back. This is the opposite. Every project runs through the same disciplined process, and this section explains that process in full — in plain terms, start to finish — so you can see exactly how the work gets done before you commit to anything.
There's nothing to install and nothing for you to operate. This is the explanation, not the machinery. Read as much or as little as you like; each page stands on its own.
